A change in lifestyle and you could add 5 years to your life! Just think, all the activities you enjoy now, you could keep doing throughout the rest of your life. Also, think of the medical costs you could save due to health disease, cancer, osteoporosis and so forth.
Moderate exercise like a 30 minute walk a day can do more for your long term health than all the efforts of doctors and medication. According to the New zen gland Journal of medicine, “Some exercise is better than none and more is better than less”.
Exercise can be a diversion to daily stressors, improves moods and anxiety levels. Experts recommend swimming as one of the best exercises for asthma. Inactivity is the greatest threat to health. Also, it’s very effective for anti aging!!!!!!
Sure we have days where we don’t feel like doing anything at all, but keep pushing, have patience! If you wait for the perfect conditions to start exercising, you will never get anything done.

Join a gym, go dancing, walking, join a group, get a personal trainer!! You have to decide that a healthy lifestyle will be a priority in your life. Get a buddy! Having someone to motivate you like a buddy, a group or trainer is the way to go.
